Ways to Use:

A discovery begins with a single leaf.

  • OBSERVE

Observe each leaf, one by one. Notice the differences in size, outline, and veins, and compare them with real leaves.

  • PLAY

Call out the name of a tree and find its leaf. For children and adults alike, learn the names of leaves through play.

  • ADORN

Display the cards in a frame or use them as bookmarks. Bring the shapes of leaves into your everyday life.

We see leaves every day.

Yet we rarely take the time to notice the differences between them.

Some are round.
Some are long and slender.
Some have serrated edges.
Others are smooth and soft.

When we look closely and compare them,
we begin to notice the unique character of each leaf.

LEAVES was created to explore the simple joy of looking.

We observed more than 100 kinds of leaves
and selected 21 familiar tree species,
bringing them together as life-size cards.
