Domestic Shipping

Orders within Japan are shipped via Yamato Transport or another carrier designated by us.

Shipping Fees
・Okinawa: ¥1,430 (tax included)
・Japan, excluding Okinawa: ¥770 (tax included)
・Free shipping on orders of ¥5,000 or more (tax included)

Orders are generally shipped within five business days after the order has been confirmed.

Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:
・Japan, excluding Okinawa: 1–3 business days
・Okinawa: 3–7 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping conditions, weather, and other circumstances.

If an order cannot be delivered due to circumstances attributable to the customer, such as prolonged absence or an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipment.



International Shipping

We also ship internationally.

・Asia: ¥2,000
・North America / Europe / Oceania: ¥3,000

Free shipping based on order value is not available for international orders.

Orders are generally shipped within five business days after the order has been confirmed.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region, shipping conditions, customs procedures, and other circumstances.

Any customs duties, import taxes, consumption taxes, and other taxes or fees incurred for international shipments are generally the responsibility of the customer.
